The ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, has reacted to the call for the resignation of President Muhammadu Buhari. While reacting to President Buhari’s claim that he thought he was 74 years old until he was told he was 75, the main opposition party had advised him to turn in his resignation. The PDP also described the statement as a national disgrace, while calling on INEC to revisit Buhari’s files. Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has visited fuel depots in Lagos to monitor the loading of trucks and to ensure a steady supply of petrol to designated filling stations. The Vice President went around the city of Lagos where he also interacted with people assuring them on government’s quick intervention to solve the fuel scarcity.
